The oil refinery located in Slavyansk-on-Kuban is the most actively developing enterprise in the Krasnodar region in the oil industry. Slavyansky Refinery was created to meet the demand of physical and legal entities of the region for oil products, but successfully sells products outside the region.
Slavyansky Refinery in Krasnodar region belongs to the company “Slaviansk ECO”, which specializes in the extraction and processing of oil. In addition to the refinery, the company owns 11 more enterprises, providing in aggregate more than 2 thousand people with workplaces. Produced oil products are sold throughout the south of Russia (Krasnodar, Stavropol, Rostov and other regions).
Slavyansky Refinery: history
Slavyansky Refinery was being built from 2006 to 2013. Despite its young age, it already occupies a worthy place among the oil enterprises of the region and is among five largest players in the industry, exerting an increasing influence on the fuel market of the region.
In 2015, one more oil processing unit was launched at the Slavyansky Refinery, which resulted in the level of feedstock processing equal to 3 million tons per year. As feedstock at the refinery, low-sulfur oil and a mixture of the Russian brand Urals are used.
Today, Slavyansky Oil Refinery has its own functional equipment for oil refining and storage of finished products, as well as land for increasing capacity. Since 2017, the refinery is upgrading the second production stage, the completion is scheduled for 2019.
By the same time, it is planned to increase the processing volumes to 7 million tons of oil per year and increase the treatment depth to 95%.
Slavyansky Refinery: products
The main refinery products:
- Straight-run gasoline.
- Low-viscosity marine fuel (SMT).
- Furnace oil.
- Residual fuel oil.
The quality of combustive and lubricating materials, which the refinery offers, satisfies all the norms of technical regulations for gasoline (automobile and aviation), diesel, furnace and marine fuel, fuel oil.
For the production of petroleum products, automated process control systems (ACS) and modern technological equipment have been introduced. This guarantees not only high quality of feedstock processing, but also industrial and environmental safety.
