ZAO Antipinsky NPZ is the first private oil refinery built in the post-Soviet territory. It confidently settled among the major players of the oil economy, forming the fuel market of the Urals and Western Siberia, and successfully exports products abroad.
Antipinsky refinery is located at the address: Russia, Tyumen, the 6th km of the Old Tobolsk tract. This is the only refinery in Tyumen and the Urals. The refinery has a connection to the trunk lines of the company “Transneft”, by which diesel fuel and other oil products are sent for sale across Russia and abroad.
Antipinsky refinery: history
ANPZ was founded in 2004, and the first stage was launched in 2006. In May 2010, the second stage was put into operation, the subsequent upgrade of which allowed to achieve production volumes up to 4 million tons per year by 2013.
In January 2014, the Antipinsky refinery in Tyumen reached the level of oil refining more than 7 million tons per year thanks to the launch of the crude unit ELOU AT-3. In the end of 2015, Euro-5 diesel fuel began to be produced, and the total distillation volumes reached 9 million tons per year.
In mid-2016, the Antipino Refinery introduced a delayed coking unit for tar, which increased the processing depth to 98%. This is the highest figure in the industry. In 2017, the refinery began to produce high-octane gasoline of the Euro-5 class.
Products
Antipinsky refinery produces a number of petroleum products:
- Euro5 diesel fuel.
- Euro5 standard gasoline.
- Stable gas naphtha (natural gasoline).
- Petroleum coke.
- Sulfur granules.
- Liquefied gases, etc.
Fuel of the Antipinsky Refinery is distinguished by a high level of quality and meets the stringent Euro-5 requirements, as evidenced by quality certificates.
The refinery sells fuel through the petrol stations of its partner – the company “New Petrol Tyumen.” A wide network of petrol stations is located in the Tyumen and Kurgan regions.

For the oil group “Noviy Potok”, the Antipinsky refinery is considered a basic production asset.
